Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made by Boldly the label.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Any deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Products

Boldly the label creates handmade ceramic products and hand‑tufted artworks. Because all products are handmade:

• slight variations in shape, color, and finish may occur
• small irregularities may be part of the design
• each product may be unique

These characteristics are not considered defects.

Offers and Prices

All prices are listed in euros.

Boldly the label participates in the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (Kleineondernemersregeling – KOR).

Therefore, no VAT (BTW) is charged on products and services.

Boldly the label reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Obvious errors or mistakes in offers are not binding.

Orders

An agreement is concluded once an order has been confirmed by Boldly the label.

Boldly the label reserves the right to refuse orders without stating a reason.

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop or via invoice if agreed in advance.

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received.
