Delivery

Boldly the label aims to ship orders within the indicated timeframe.

Because the products are handmade, delivery times may vary.

Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Boldly the label cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transport, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law.

Boldly the label is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly stated before completing the order.

Large tufted artworks may require adjusted shipping costs depending on the size, weight, and packaging requirements. These costs will be clearly communicated before shipment.

If delivery is arranged personally by Boldly the label, a travel reimbursement fee of €0.40 per kilometer applies for locations outside a 15 km radius from Dinxperlo, the Netherlands.

Returns

Customers have the right to return standard (non‑custom) products within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must:

  • be unused
  • be undamaged
  • be returned in their original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Boldly the label will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping costs within 14 days.
